Beginner Rocks & Minerals Study Session – Hands-On Learning Before the Meeting!
Are you new to the world of rocks and minerals, or just looking to brush up on the basics? Join us for a 30-minute, in-person introductory study session designed especially for beginners! Held just before our regular club membership meeting, this engaging mini-workshop is a great way to start your evening with some hands-on discovery and learning.
Participants are encouraged to bring:
A pen and notebook for taking notes
A basic rock and mineral identification guide
A few rock or mineral specimens you’d like to examine or learn more about
